Every RaMi Crochet piece is handmade specially for you, so we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on any product.
Before you order, please check the product photos, size, colour and description carefully. Because each item is made by hand, small variations in colour, size and stitching are natural and are not considered defects.
Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once payment is confirmed, since we start making your item right away.
If we are unable to make or deliver an order that you have already paid for, we will cancel it and send your full payment back to you via UPI.
