This policy explains how RaMi Crochet ("we") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
We do not collect or store card or bank details. Payments happen inside your own UPI app.
Only to create your account, process and deliver your orders, verify payments, send you order updates, answer your questions and keep the website secure. Now and then we may send you a friendly message about items you saved in your cart or wishlist; just tell us if you'd rather not hear from us, and we won't.
Only with service providers needed to run the store: our courier partners (name, address and phone number for delivery), our website hosting, database and email providers. We never sell your data.
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept as long as required by Indian tax and consumer laws.
